Dear international student,

Welcome to the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) of the University of Zagreb (UNIZG)! Thank you for choosing our faculty as your exchange destination.

Before continuing with the application, please read these instructions carefully.

This is the application form for NON-Erasmus exchange students. If you will be studying at FOI UNIZG via Erasmus+ mobility programme, please apply through University of Zagreb application portal (it is not necessary to fulfil this form as well) *.

To successfully apply you should make the following steps:

1. Create individual incoming students’ account
2. Complete electronic application form and Learning Agreement
and/or
3. Fill out the housing form for Student residence Varaždin - this is for all exchange students (Erasmus and non-Erasmus) who would like to be accommodated in the Student residence Varaždin

Please be aware that your home institution must nominate you before you start your application procedure (unless you are a free-mover student).

Please consult Course Catalog to make Learning Agreement.

Relevant documents to be uploaded (in PDF format) to the electronic application form are:

• Digital copy of identity document (identity card / passport)
• Proof of English (or Croatian) language proficiency
• Academic transcript of records in English
• Certificate of Enrollment (in English)
• CV – Curriculum Vitae (in English)

After we review and approve your application, you will be able to download the pdf version of the Learning Agreement which you and your home institution have to sign. Document that is signed and approved by the responsible person at your home institution has to be uploaded to the application system again.

*Erasmus students who would like to be accommodated in the Student residence Varaždin must fill out only the housing form.

Winter semester (whole academic year): 1st June

Summer semester: 30th November
