Dear student,

Welcome to the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) of the University of Zagreb! If you have made a decision to study at FOI, please proceed with the application.*

You should make the following steps:

  1. Apply for individual incoming students’ account
  2. Complete electronic application form and Learning Agreement

Please be aware that your home institution must nominate you before you start your application procedure (unless you are a free-mover student).

Please consult COURSE CATALOG to make Learning Agreement.

Relevant document to be uploaded (in PDF format) to the electronic application form:

  • Digital copy of identity document (identity card / passport)
  • Proof of English (or Croatian) language proficiency
  • Academic transcript of records in English
  • Certificate of Enrollment (in English)
  • CV – Curriculum Vitae (in English)

After submission, your documents will be reviewed. In case you are accepted for study at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, we will send an acceptance letter and signed Learning Agreement to your email address.

*This is an application form only for NON-Erasmus exchange students. If you will be studying at FOI via Erasmus+ mobility programme, please apply through University of Zagreb application portal.

Winter semester (whole academic year): 1st June

Summer semester: 30th November
